Our Team

Our Team

Jason’s success as a financial planner is possible because of the strength of his team. Each member specializes in specific aspects of your financial portfolio, so there’s always an expert looking over your financial plan. Together they form one of the strongest financial planning teams in the New York metropolitan area.

“I’m nowhere without my team. Together, we work to help make our clients dreams a reality” - Jason Bayuk

Financial Planning Process

Jason’s 6-Step Financial Planning Process is the first step down the road to your financial well-being. The first step in the process is the interview. We sit down with you to learn and understand your goals and objectives. After all, this process is all about you. Next, we gather all your data, to develop a plan that’s right for you. The more data, the more personalized the plan can be.

From there we analyze where you are in your life and how we can help achieve your goals. This step involves developing comprehensive solutions based on information acquired from the first two steps. Once we develop the plan, it’s times to review with you and discuss some recommended strategies that Jason and his team have uncovered in their research.

Once everyone is on the same page, it’s time to put the plan into action. We implement all the team’s recommendations that were agreed upon. Of course, this financial plan can be done through the firm of your choosing. The last step in the process is to consistently monitor the plan and its effectiveness. Often, we will need to update the plan to adjust for changes within the market and in your life, but all great plans need to be flexible.
